I have often wondered why the life of servitude made me a victim of greed. For years I looked for a way to earn a living while staying at home with our children. I love helping people, but in our pursuit of trying to have a business that could help us serve others, people took advantage of us and over the course of several years, "robbed" us of thousands of dollars. It was hard for me to comprehend how people could live with themselves after taking money from people who were already poor, and instead of actually helping them, tried to upsell them. On top of that, I wasn't interested in becoming a millionaire! I wasn't interested in having a million dollar home or a brand new car right off the sales lot! I enjoy traveling, but I don't need to vacation 12 months out of the year. I actually like staying home & being with my friends and family and serving others.
